I am a very laid back, respectful, easy going people, not into a bunch of drama. I work hard and study weekdays, play hard, usually outdoors on the weekends. I live in a clean two bedroom two bath condo and have one bedroombathroom I am considering renting out. I smoke but only outside, and the association does not allow pets. There is a common area, swimming pool and hot tub. HOA Fee and utilities are included in rent except cable TV, phone internet. I prefer a people roomate, living arrangement, so I am interested in renting to a people. Age is not important so long as you are a responsible individual. I am looking for roommates between the ages of 18 and 40. I dont mind if my roommates smoke. I do not mind a household with children.
